I got into this quite unexpectedly, as do all of us I suppose, with the diagnosis of our son Noah as autistic. At 24 months we started the evaluation process and by 36 months we new it was so. As we learned more and more about our sons diagnosis of autism, we also became alarmed at how little people knew about autism, including the medical profession. I started creating and selling Autism Awareness items as my small way of promoting Autism Awareness while enabling me to stay home and work with noah and his schedule. He is now 5 years old and considered moderate to severe on the spectrum. If you would like more information about Autism you can visit my website at www.spectrummom.com where I have 100s of articles links and free reports. My main focus continues to be helping my son while spreading autism awareness and autism education.
